Stephanie Chong

Stephanie Chong practices exclusively in intellectual property law, with a focus on acquisition, management and enforcement of trademark and other IP rights. She is a registered Trademark Agent and represents clients before the Trademarks Opposition Board and the Ontario and Federal Courts.
Stephanie’s clients range from individuals to large multi-national corporations. She was counsel in a leading case on famous trademarks in Canada, and is a frequent speaker and writer on IP issues. One of her papers was cited by the Supreme Court of Canada in the Harvard Mouse case.
Stephanie is an active volunteer in IP and community organizations, including several which promote the interests of Asian Canadians.
