Philip Cho is a partner at Kronis Rotsztain Margles Cappel LLP, practicing litigation and insolvency. His litigation practice includes contractual disputes, employment law, real property, and shareholder disputes. In his insolvency practice, Philip acts for debtors, trustees, receivers, creditors, and other stakeholders in CCAA and BIA proceedings. Philip has appeared as lead counsel at all levels of court in Ontario. His speaking engagements include LSUC’s Six-Minute Creditor/Debtor Lawyer series and annual conferences of the International Association of Korean Lawyers. Philip is an IAKL Regional Governor for Canada, Chair of the Korean Canadian Scholarship Foundation, and has served on the Executive of the Korean Canadian Lawyers Association. Philip is a member of the Advocates’ Society, Canadian Bar Association (Ontario) and Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers.
