Aman Patel

Aman S. Patel is a Toronto lawyer whose practice includes representing those affected by crime. He has published articles in criminal law and civil remedies. Aman believes in giving back to the community. An avid cricketer, he mentors junior cricketers and assists in league governance. He volunteers with the POA Educational Foundation, a charity assisting the Aboriginal community. He also holds various board and committee positions (e.g. South Asian Bar Association, Canadian Bar Association’s Governance Transition Task Force).
Aman was conferred a B.Eng from McGill University, a LL.B. from Queen’s University and a LL.M. from New York University. Upon his call to the Bar, the Law Society of Upper Canada awarded him its Second Prize. Aman loves cooking; his recipes have appeared in local publications.
